I have more than eight years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite SCM across Saudi Arabia and Egypt. I have contributed to several major public-sector transformation and support projects. My expertise covers Oracle Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, iSupplier Portal, Inventory, Enterprise Asset Management, Service Procurement, Cost Management, Budgetary Control and Encumbrance. I currently work as an Oracle SCM Principal Consultant at AEC, supporting Oracle EBS R12.2.11 as part of the L2 consulting team for the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture. My responsibilities include requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, BRD and functional specification preparation, CRP, UAT, training, incident resolution and production support. I use TOAD, SQL and my knowledge of Oracle SCM base, interface and transaction tables to investigate complex functional and data issues. I also coordinate business, functional and technical teams and design controlled custom solutions when standard Oracle functionality does not fully meet business requirements. My previous experience includes Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture and Telecom Egypt.

I hold a SAFe® Certification and an Oracle Supply Chain Cloud Certified Professional certification. My professional training includes a Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification Preparation Course, full-cycle implementation training in Oracle EBS SCM and Oracle SCM Cloud.
