Produce a working clone, then HUNT IT for every remaining reference to the source. THE COUNT IS THE SCORE. The hunt is the exercise, and the count is the score because it is always higher than you expect. The clone works; that is the easy half and the utility does most of it. What is left is references the utility was never asked to change, and finding them is a skill rather than a procedure. DO THE CLONE PROPERLY FIRST, INCLUDING LESSON 6'S CHECKLIST BEFORE ANYBODY IS LET IN. Email disabled, links dropped, printers disabled, jobs disabled — and a visible marker saying what this system is. THEN HUNT, AND SEARCH FOR THE SOURCE'S NAMES RATHER THAN FOR CATEGORIES OF PROBLEM.
