You buy a package of hours once for the year. After that, hours are the only currency — there are no per-ticket invoices. Your price is confirmed when you sign in, in Egyptian pounds or Saudi riyals.
What does an hour actually buy?
Work from a consultant matched to that ticket's track, across all eight Oracle tracks on Fusion and E-Business Suite. You receive more than one proposal per ticket, so you compare before you spend anything.
Do I spend hours on questions the knowledge base already answers?
No. The knowledge base is unlimited, and a fix you apply yourself costs no hours.
How do I know where my hours went?
Every deduction is a row in an hour ledger with a full audit trail, against the ticket and the consultant who delivered it. Meetings are scheduled inside the platform and count the same way.
Does a bigger package cost less per hour?
The per-hour price is the same on the two smallest tiers, and falls from there as the package grows — the largest package is about a fifth cheaper per hour than the smallest. Every tier and its price is listed above.
Can I get a refund?
Pro-rata on unused hours within 14 days, at the price you actually paid.
