Refund Policy
2 August 2026
This policy explains when you can get your money back, and how to ask. It applies alongside our Terms of Service, and it does not remove any right you have under the consumer protection law where you live.
The two things we sell work differently, so they have different rules. Read the one that applies to you.
1. Academy courses
You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have completed fewer than 20% of the course's lessons and have not attempted the assessment.
We apply this from the record, not from opinion. The platform tracks which lessons you have marked complete and whether you have started the assessment, so whether you qualify is a matter of fact and we will show you the figures if you ask.
Why it works this way:
- A course gives you immediate access to every lesson and to the assessment, so there is nothing to deliver later and nothing to hold back.
- The 14 days give you a real opportunity to read enough of the material to judge it.
- The 20% limit and the assessment condition exist so that the policy cannot be used to take a whole course for free.
If you have passed the assessment and been issued a certificate, the course is not refundable. A certificate is a claim we have published on your behalf and verified publicly; we cannot un-issue that and also refund the work.
If a course is materially not what its description said — for example, if a module listed in the syllabus is missing — tell us and we will refund you regardless of the 14 days or the 20%.
2. Courses whose videos are not yet recorded
Our courses are currently published with their written lessons complete and their video recordings not yet produced. This is stated on the course page and in our Terms before you buy, so it is not a defect and it does not by itself entitle you to a refund outside the normal window.
It does mean you should use the free preview lessons to judge the written material before buying. If you buy and find the absence of video makes the course unsuitable, ask within 14 days and the normal course rule above applies.
3. Support hour packages
Within 14 days of purchase, you can request a refund of the hours you have not used, at the price you actually paid per hour.
Because packages are priced with a volume discount, the per-hour price we refund is the one your package worked out at — the total you paid divided by the hours you bought — not the list rate. Hours you have already committed by accepting a consultant's proposal are not refundable, because that work has been commissioned.
Worked example. You buy 100 hours for a total of SAR 19,000, which is SAR 190 per hour. You accept proposals totalling 12 hours. Within 14 days you ask for a refund of the remaining 88 hours: we refund 88 × SAR 190 = SAR 16,720.
After 14 days, hours are not refundable. They remain yours to spend until they expire twelve months after purchase.
If you are close to expiry and have unused hours, contact us before they lapse. We can extend the expiry of a specific purchase where there is a good reason, and every extension is recorded.
4. When work has been done badly
The rules above are about changing your mind. They are separate from what happens when the work itself falls short.
If a consultant's work was not carried out with reasonable care and skill, tell us at info@msamm.co with the ticket reference. We will look at the ticket, the proposal and the meeting record. Where we agree, we will credit the hours back to your balance or refund them, and this is not limited to 14 days.
We would rather put work right than argue about it. Raising it early, while the ticket is still open, gets you a better outcome than raising it months later.
5. How to ask for a refund
Email info@msamm.co from the address on your account. Tell us what you bought, when, and why you want a refund. You do not need to give a reason for a course refund inside the 14 days, but it helps us improve if you do.
We will confirm receipt and tell you our decision within five working days. If we approve it, we refund to the original payment method — we cannot pay a refund to a different card or account, because we never hold your card details.
How long the money takes to arrive is your bank's decision, not ours. It is usually a few working days and can be longer.
When we refund a course, your access to it ends. When we refund unused hours, those hours are removed from your balance.
6. Chargebacks
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can.
Raising a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute runs, because we have to preserve the record. We will still deal with you fairly, and we will not withhold a refund you are entitled to because you went to your bank.
7. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy reduces the rights you have under the law where you live. Customers in Egypt have rights under Egyptian consumer protection law; customers in Saudi Arabia have rights under Saudi consumer and e-commerce law.
Where this policy gives you more than the law requires, the policy applies. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
