What breaks: the first-week mistakes

Three first-week mistakes, and all three are permanent in different ways. ONE: AN INTEGRATION EDITED INSTEAD OF CLONED. A live flow deactivated in the middle of the day for a change that took longer than expected. Callers failed during the window, and the revert is another window — which is Lesson 7 and it is the one that gets noticed within the hour. TWO: AN IDENTIFIER NOBODY CAN CHANGE. A flow called TEST_INT_2 or NEW_SUPPLIER_FLOW_FINAL, live in production, in a URL another team has hardcoded. There is no rename, so the estate carries it until somebody accepts the cost of a clone and a coordinated caller change. Nothing breaks; it is simply permanent, which is why Lesson 6 is a lesson. THREE: A TEST TRIGGER LEFT ACTIVE AND FIRING NIGHTLY. A scheduled flow built to try the scheduler, activated, and forgotten. It runs every night, consuming messages, writing test records…
