Take three pages that REPEAT THE SAME BLOCK, extract it ONCE, and PROVE ALL THREE STILL BEHAVE THE SAME. Three pages is the number from Lesson 3, and the third instruction is the whole lab — extracting is easy, proving nothing changed is the skill. START BY WRITING DOWN WHAT DIFFERS BETWEEN THE THREE, BEFORE TOUCHING ANYTHING. They repeat a block and they are not identical — different labels, an extra action on one, a field the third does not show. That list IS the parameter set, and deriving it from the three real cases is exactly what Lesson 3 says waiting for the third buys you. THEN LOOK AT THE LIST AND ASK WHETHER IT IS TOO LONG.
