Email notifications and password resets

The notification types the platform sends, configuring notification settings, the password reset flow from the user's side, an administrator-initiated reset, and the challenge question mechanism. PASSWORD RESET VOLUME IS A SUPPORT COST. SSO removes most of it. That is a real part of the business case for Module 8 — and it is the part a finance director understands immediately. Notification email deliverability depends on Module 13's sender configuration. An estate whose notifications land in spam is an estate whose approvals stall.
