The whole cycle, on camera, without cutting: download the journal import template, populate it with a small batch, generate the upload file, upload it, run the load-to-interface process, run the import process, review the results and find the errors, correct and reprocess, and verify the posted journal in the ledger. The error handling is the lesson. A demonstration that only ever shows a clean load teaches you the happy path and leaves you helpless on the first real one. Learn to read the interface table. It is where the truth is when the process log is unhelpful, and the process log is unhelpful more often than not. Never load production volume without a small test load first.
