The reconciliation, the test evidence and the regression pack. That is what "finished" looks like to somebody who has to SIGN for it. THE RECONCILIATION, for anything that moved data: counts both sides, one control total on a stated basis, and three named records walked end to end. Produced before anybody asks, on one dated page. Module 9 built this and it is not optional here. THE TEST EVIDENCE, for everything else: what was run, as whom, and what the answer was. "As whom" is the part that gets omitted and it is the part that matters — a report verified only by you is not verified, because your access is not a user's.
