Work through the four requirements with the tools chosen in Module 3, and RECORD WHY EACH CHOICE WAS MADE. The recording is not documentation for its own sake. Six months from now somebody will ask why the statement was built in BI Publisher rather than OTBI, and the answer — the bank specifies the layout — is the difference between a considered design and one that looks arbitrary.
