Open the project plan template and sequence eighteen modules' worth of work against this brief. Mark the hard dependencies: enterprise structure, organizations, UOM and calendar, items, structures, work centers and resources, work definitions, stock, cost structures, cost planning, execution, processing, close. Identify what runs in parallel, mark the decision points needing client input — here, documented assumptions — mark the three permanent decisions as gates so nothing downstream starts until each is signed, plan the cutover against the one-weekend constraint, and estimate effort per workstream. The dependency chain in this course is the longest of the three. Plan it, or discover it. The gates are the professional move.
