Ten phases — discovery, design, conference room pilot, configure, data migration, integration, test cycles, training, cutover, hypercare — and one of them is not in the other courses. The conference room pilot is a named phase here. Manufacturing clients want to see it work before they believe the design. A finance director will accept a design document; a plant manager wants to watch a work order go through, with their part numbers, on their process. That is not scepticism, it is reasonable — and Module 6 teaches the pilot as a technique rather than leaving you to invent it.
