Six requirements. Decide for each whether it needs OIC, and write THE SENTENCE YOU WOULD SEND THE CLIENT. The sentence is what is graded, not the yes or no. "No — this is a nightly file and Fusion loads it natively with FBDI; OIC would add a component and a per-row message cost for no capability you do not already have" is a recommendation. "No, use FBDI" is an opinion. Name the CONDITION when the answer is yes. Lesson 3 gives four; a yes that does not name which one applies is a yes somebody will challenge and you will not be able to defend six months later. TWO OF THE SIX ARE CONTESTABLE ON PURPOSE, and the answer key says so.
