Take an ACTUAL OIC release note and produce a ONE-PAGE risk assessment and test plan for a given integration estate. "One page" is the constraint that makes this a real deliverable. A twelve-page analysis is not read by the person deciding whether to approve a maintenance window, and it takes long enough to write that it is not written next quarter. USE A REAL RELEASE NOTE, NOT AN EXERCISE ONE. They are published, and reading a genuine one is the skill — the noise, the vendor's framing, the important sentence in the middle of a paragraph about something else. A constructed exercise removes exactly the difficulty being practised. THE PAGE HAS FOUR PARTS AND EACH IS SHORT. WHAT CHANGED THAT TOUCHES US.
