AN IDENTIFIER NOBODY CAN CHANGE, A PAGE BUILT IN THE WRONG FLOW, and AN APPLICATION THAT WORKS IN PREVIEW AND NOT WHEN PUBLISHED. THE IDENTIFIER NOBODY CAN CHANGE IS THE SMALLEST AND THE LONGEST-LIVED. A flow or a page named in the first hour, appearing in a URL every user sees for the next five years — and renaming it means changing everything that refers to it, or is not possible at all. Lesson 6, and it costs nothing to prevent and cannot be fixed cheaply. THE PAGE BUILT IN THE WRONG FLOW IS THE ONE THAT COMPOUNDS. It was put where the first page was, because there was nowhere else. Then another was added beside it, and another — and by the time the structure is obviously wrong, moving anything means changing URLs and navigation across the application.
