MSAMM routes client tickets to approved consultants by Oracle track. Your rate is agreed with us and never shown to the client, and you are paid for the hours you deliver.
The client never sees your rate
Your hourly rate is agreed with MSAMM when your application is approved, and it is used to calculate your payout only. Clients compare consultants on track and experience, so there is no public price to undercut.
You do not bid
Tickets reach only the consultants whose profile lists that track, across all eight Oracle tracks on Fusion and E-Business Suite. There is no feed to watch and no proposal written on spec.
Paid from an audited ledger
Every hour you deliver is a row in an hour ledger with a full audit trail, against the ticket it belongs to. No per-ticket invoices to chase.
How it works

Apply with your Oracle experience and the tracks you can genuinely cover. Any MSAMM Academy record you have is attached automatically.

An admin reviews the application. Approval depends on your work, a verified identity document and a signed confidentiality undertaking.

Your rate is agreed with MSAMM at approval. Tickets on your tracks start reaching you, and you choose which to propose on.

You are paid for the hours you deliver. Meetings are scheduled inside the platform, so the coordination is not yours to run.
Part-time, full-time, or neither - you choose, and you can change it
Hourly client work and the full-time listing are two separate switches, and both are off until you turn them on. Ticking full-time lists you on the public recruiter page as a reference code, your Oracle tracks and your experience - never your name or contact details. An employer cannot approach you directly: they ask about a reference and MSAMM contacts you. Untick it and you come off the list on your next save.
What we do not promise
We do not promise placement, a volume of tickets, or a particular income. Approval is a decision MSAMM takes on your work rather than an automatic one, and the full-time listing is an introduction service rather than a guarantee.
Common questions
Who sets my rate?
It is agreed with MSAMM when your application is approved. The years of Oracle experience you state are read at that point. It is used for your payout only and is never shown to clients, and you can contact MSAMM to discuss a change.
Do I have to bid against other consultants?
No. Tickets are routed only to consultants whose profile lists that track. A client may receive more than one proposal, but since your rate is never shown to them, that comparison cannot become a price war.
Can I take full-time work through MSAMM?
You can opt into a public recruiter listing that shows a reference code, your tracks and your experience - never your name or contact details. Employers ask about a reference and MSAMM contacts you on your behalf. It is off by default and you can switch it off again at any time.
What do I need to be approved?
Your work, a verified identity document and a signed confidentiality undertaking. Every application is reviewed by a person, and at least one Oracle track must stay listed on your profile - with none, no ticket can reach you.
How and when am I paid?
For the hours you deliver, calculated from your agreed rate against an hour ledger with a full audit trail. There are no per-ticket invoices to raise or chase.
Do I need to have studied with MSAMM?
No. Experienced consultants apply directly. If you do have an MSAMM Academy record it is attached to your application automatically and strengthens it.
