Where the Center of Excellence fits

Organizations running Cloud EPM are advised to establish a Center of Excellence — a standing team that owns adoption, standards and change, rather than a project team that disbands. What such a team does. It oversees the cloud initiative. It protects the investment. It serves as a steering committee for best practice. And it leads the change management that determines whether anyone actually uses what was built. Why it is mentioned here and built in Module 17. You cannot govern a platform you do not understand. Everything between here and there is a capability a Center of Excellence has to have. That is the spine of this course, and it is the answer to "why am I being taught identity domains before governance". Most organizations do not have one. The platform work gets done by whoever is available. This course is partly an argument that it should not be. One
