Lab: name the suite, scope three clients, draw the platform

Forty minutes, and one deliverable is deliberately from memory. A one-page reference sheet naming every business process with its one-sentence purpose, grouped into families. Three short client descriptions, each answered with a written recommendation: which business processes, how many environments, and the resulting platform workload. Reproduce the platform layer diagram from memory, then check it against the reference — from memory is the point, because copying it teaches you nothing and recalling it is what makes the rest of the course have somewhere to attach to. And navigate to your own environment's version and release readiness information, and record what version you are on. Four acceptance criteria. Every business process correctly named and placed in a family. Each environment count arithmetically correct — and stating its test-and-production assumption, because an unstated assumption is how a number becomes a promise. The hand-drawn diagram includes identity, infrastructure, security, clients, automation, continuity, operations…
