Five failures, and the first is this module's whole argument arriving as a bill. "The reorganisation broke everything." The management structure was modelled with legal objects. There is no configuration change that fixes this — there is a data migration and a set of conversations about continuous service. Prevention costs one question in a design workshop: if this changes next year, what breaks? "Worker addresses were rejected on load." Geography validation strictness against legacy data quality. Entirely predictable and entirely preventable by sample-loading twenty rows first — which nobody does, because the bulk load is scheduled for a Saturday and the sample test is not on the plan. "An enterprise-level default is wrong and we have hired three hundred people." Some enterprise attributes are effectively permanent once records exist. Read before setting: thirty seconds against a permanent inconsistency in every report. "Every country wants its own job catalogue." No governance
