From an estate description, produce THE INVENTORY, THE REHEARSAL PLAN, THE TIMINGS YOU WOULD NEED, and THE ABORT CRITERIA. "An upgrade you will not run" is deliberate: the planning is the skill, and it is the half that decides whether a real upgrade succeeds — Lesson 9's three failures were all decided before the night. START WITH THE INVENTORY, AND CATEGORISE RATHER THAN LIST. Customisations, interfaces, reports, and anything reaching in from outside — Lesson 3. Mark each keep, change or retire, and mark which ones you could not establish from the description: those gaps are the honest output, because a real estate will have them and a plan that pretends otherwise is the first failure.
