Lab: scope three clients and draw the map

Half an hour. Four tasks, and the middle two are the ones that matter. Locate both offerings in Setup and Maintenance, and list the functional areas for each. Locate six named setup tasks by search. Given three short client descriptions, produce a written offering scope recommendation for each. And reproduce the cost-to-ledger map from memory, then self-check against the reference. Two acceptance criteria, both written to catch a plausible half-answer. All three scope recommendations name specific APPLICATIONS, not just an offering. "They need PFM" is not a recommendation. "Project Foundation, Costing and Billing, with contracts; Performance Reporting out of scope for phase one" is. And the hand-drawn map shows cost and revenue as SEPARATE chains from the expenditure item. That is checked specifically because it is the thing learners get wrong from memory.
