A ticket is how you reach an MSAMM consultant about a specific problem.
Raising one
- Sign in and open Raise a ticket.
- Describe the problem, and say what you have already checked. A consultant reading it can start from where you stopped rather than from the beginning.
- Choose the track it belongs to.
The track matters more than it looks
A ticket is only offered to consultants whose profile lists that track. Choosing the wrong one does not lose the ticket, but it will reach a smaller group and be answered more slowly. If you are unsure, the form suggests a track as you type and you can accept or override it.
What it costs
Nothing. Raising a ticket does not touch your balance; hours are only deducted when you accept a proposal. See When hours are deducted from your balance.
Before your first ticket
You need a company set up on your account, because a ticket is raised by a client rather than by an individual. If you have not done that yet you will be sent to that step first.
If this does not answer your question, raise a ticket and we will pick it up. Reading the knowledge base costs you no hours.
