MSAMM support is prepaid. You buy a package of hours and draw on it as work is done, and you are never billed per ticket.
Buying more hours
- Sign in and open Buy hours in your client console.
- Packages come in six sizes: 10, 50, 100, 200, 500 and 1000 hours.
- The price per hour falls as the package gets larger, so a bigger package costs less per hour than a smaller one.
- Prices are shown in your billing currency, which follows the billing country on your company profile.
After you pay
- The hours are added to your balance, which you can see under Hour balance.
- You can buy another package at any time, including before the current one runs out. Hours add together; you do not lose what is left.
If you have not set up your company yet
You will be asked to choose your billing country first. It decides the currency you are charged in and which payment provider handles the transaction, so it is set once rather than per purchase. Company name, registration and tax numbers can be added later, and you are never blocked from buying while they are missing.
