Implementing Cloud Financials: From Empty Pod to Go-Live · Module 15 · AI Features
Prerequisites: roles and setup
Lesson 143 of 153 · 10 min
Identify the roles the AI features require, create or assign them to a test user, run any required setup or initialisation processes, and verify the prerequisites are met before opting in. Then show the failure mode deliberately: opt in without the roles, and watch nothing appear. The order matters. Roles and setup first, opt-in second. Reversed, you get a feature that is technically enabled and invisible — and nothing anywhere will tell you why, because from the application's point of view nothing went wrong.
