Enabling and configuring features

Navigate to opt-in and locate the finance AI features. Enable a document-recognition feature for invoice entry and process one invoice through it so you can see the extraction. Enable an anomaly or insight feature and look at what it surfaces. Enable receipt capture in Expenses and process one. Then look at the configuration and tuning options each provides. Demonstrate with realistic documents, not perfect ones. A clean PDF invoice extracts beautifully; a photographed crumpled receipt does not. The lesson shows both, and the honesty is the value — it is what lets you set an expectation a client can live with. And note where a human review step remains mandatory, and why that is correct rather than a limitation of the feature.
