Implementing Cloud Financials: From Empty Pod to Go-Live · Module 15 · AI Features

Lab: enable and assess

Lesson 147 of 153 · 1 min

Half an hour, and the deliverable is a piece of advice. Four deliverables: prerequisite roles assigned and setup processes run; two AI features enabled; one document processed through extraction with both a clean and a poor-quality input, results compared; and a one-page client advisory note saying which features you would recommend enabling at go-live, which to defer, and what governance you would put around them. Three acceptance criteria: the features are demonstrably functioning; the comparison shows understanding of the input quality dependency; and the advisory note is honest about limitations rather than promotional. That last criterion is unusual and it is deliberate. A client can read a promotional note anywhere. What they are paying you for is the other kind.
