Four things, and then the course starts properly. You can sign in to an environment, or you have deliberately chosen follow-along mode. You can reach the Setup and Maintenance area. The file pack is downloaded and unzipped. Your access route is declared in the community channel, so that if you are stuck we find out in week one rather than week six. If the second one fails, it is almost always a missing role rather than a broken environment. Note it and raise it now; the security module explains why, and you will not be the only one.
