Three users who cannot do three things. Work the diagnostic sequence and NAME THE LAYER each failure lives in before changing anything. The naming is the graded part. Anybody can grant roles until a symptom disappears; this lab is about arriving at "check five, business unit access" and being able to say why checks one to four are already ruled out. Write the check number and the evidence for each of the three before you touch a single setting. One of the three is not a security failure at all. Work the sequence honestly and you will run out of checks with the symptom unexplained, which is the correct outcome — and the right next move is to say so rather than to keep granting.
