A supplier statement, end to end: data model, template, parameters, bursting and delivery — then break it deliberately three ways and fix each. Build it in that order, and the order is the lesson. The data model first, with its group structure decided before a line of SQL: one group per supplier, one per invoice within it. Then the template, with a table rather than tabs, a page break per supplier, and repeating headers. Then parameters — a mandatory period, an optional supplier, and a written note beside each saying what empty means. Then bursting, TO A DIRECTORY. Generate the files, open three, and confirm each contains exactly one supplier. Only then configure delivery.
