Write the full pre and post checklist for a real estate, including masking and integration isolation, and have it reviewed AS IF IT WERE GOING TO BE EXECUTED. The review condition is the lab. A checklist written as an exercise is a list of headings; one written to be handed to somebody who will follow it literally, at midnight, has to name systems, people and verification steps. The PRE list: what to export and how to verify the export opens; the manual settings that packages do not capture, listed individually; who to tell and what to tell them; and the go/no-go check — is anybody mid-cycle in the target? The POST list, and it is the half that matters: stop outbound jobs; repoint or disable every integration endpoint, named individually rather than as a category; suppress outbound email at the environment level; run masking; reapply role assignments and manual configuration;…
