Nine, and they are the ones that actually recur rather than hypotheticals. One. Delta given no LDG consideration at all — the separate payroll arrangement is stated in the brief, in one clause, and it is frequently skimmed. Two. Jobs versus positions decided globally. The brief describes two entities with opposite needs; a single global answer is not wrong if it is defended, but most submissions that make it did not notice there was a decision. Three. Employment model set enterprise-wide without considering the override. Ninety concurrent cases concentrated in some entities is the clue — "ninety across the group" reads as a global requirement, and where they are is what matters. Four. The Country C data restriction acknowledged but not designed for. Many write about it and configure nothing; a paragraph is not a design. Five. Delta's protected prior service ignored. It is a seniority override at load time
