Implementing Global HR: From Enterprise Model to Live Workforce · Module 18 · Global Implementation Capstone

Submission and grading

Lesson 173 of 175 · 2 min

Eight deliverables. A design document on the provided template. An assumptions log — every ambiguity, resolved and justified. A configured environment as a screenshot evidence pack. A loaded workforce with reconciled counts. A security design and evidence — three logins, three populations. A data protection note on how the Country C constraint is met. Transaction evidence — hire, promote, transfer, terminate, rehire. And a go-live readiness checklist: your own, defended. Your own — not one I gave you. The rubric. Design decisions and justification, thirty-five per cent, marked on reasoning quality, not on matching the model answer. The three permanent decisions, fifteen, each defended against the brief's specifics. Configuration correctness, twenty — does it work, is it complete. Data load and reconciliation, ten — counts agree, complex cases handled. Security and data protection, fifteen — the constraint met, the audit requirement satisfied. Transaction evidence, five — full cycles, correct behaviour.
