Before you spend a single evening on this course, you should know whether it is the right one for you. It is for three kinds of people. The HCM functional consultant, who configures this product for a living or is about to start. The HRIS analyst inside an organisation, who inherited a system somebody else built and now owns it. And the client-side HR lead who has to make decisions about a system they do not yet understand, and who is tired of being told those decisions are technical. Here is who it is not for. If you have never worked in or near an HR function, this is the wrong starting point — not because it is too advanced, but because you would be learning two things at once, and the one this course does not teach is the harder one.
