Five things to do before the next module, and all five cause a stall later if you skip them now. One: confirm you can sign in. Not that you have credentials — that you have used them. There is a meaningful difference between an account that exists and an account that works, and the time to find out which you have is now. Two: confirm you can reach Setup and Maintenance. This is the check that catches the wrong kind of access. If you can sign in and that area is not there, you have a user account rather than an implementation account, and most of this course is closed to you. Go back to whoever provisioned it with the phrase from the previous lesson. Three: download the file pack.
