The parts are built; now they get assembled. Create a data role from a delivered job role — the job role brings the function security — then attach the person, organization and LDG profiles. That is the composite object from the first lesson, built in front of you: what you can do, plus who you can do it to. Then naming, which matters more than it sounds. You will build dozens of these; on a four-country implementation with a few personas, thirty is normal. The convention needs to encode the job role plus the scope: HR Specialist – UK Legal Employer. Not HR Role 3, not Data Role Copy 2 — both of those exist in real production environments, and there is no way to work out what they do except by reading their profiles one at a time.
