A completed verification checklist, comparing what it built against your design. All gaps closed manually — subinventories, locators, relationships, security. And a written comparison: what quick setup did faster, and what it left undone. The second half — the pilot. A plan for Halden Works using the runbook: agenda, attendees, the one product you would demonstrate, the prep checklist, and the three objections you would expect. And a rehearsal note confirming you ran the end-to-end path yourself before you would run it live. Four acceptance criteria, and the last two separate a real plan from a template.
