Create a cost organization and associate the profit center business unit and legal entity. Note the name length limit and set a short, meaningful name. Create a cost book with its currency, calendar and primary-book flag, create a second cost book for a secondary basis to show the pattern, associate the books with the cost organization, and review. The cost organization name appears everywhere and is length-constrained. Decide the naming convention before creating any — one of this module's failure cases is trivial and stops the build cold. The cost book carries the calendar that drives cost period close. Build the second book even if your lab uses one. You need to see that multi-book structure exists — and the Halden brief requires it.
