An imported integration arrives INACTIVE with NO SCHEDULE. Two failure modes: NEVER ACTIVATED, and ACTIVATED TWICE. The default is correct and it is the safe one. An import that arrived running would execute against production before anybody had checked the connections — Lesson 3's whole window would not exist. So the platform requires a deliberate act, and both failures come from that act being forgotten or repeated. NEVER ACTIVATED IS THE QUIET ONE. The promotion is done, the checklist is complete, everybody moves on — and the flow has no schedule, so it never runs. There is no failed instance, no alert, and nothing red anywhere, which is exactly Module 13 Lesson 7's silent failure arriving through a release process rather than through a deactivation.
