A test endpoint left in a production connection, a schedule never activated, a lookup that stayed on test values, and a certificate absent in the target. THE TEST ENDPOINT IN A PRODUCTION CONNECTION IS THE MOST DANGEROUS AND THE HARDEST TO SEE. Production runs, processes real records, and writes them into the test system. Every instance completes successfully — the flow is working perfectly, in the wrong place — and the discovery is somebody in finance asking where this month's invoices are. Nothing alerts, because nothing failed. Lesson 3's first checklist item, and its last one is the only thing that catches it. THE SCHEDULE NEVER ACTIVATED produces nothing at all.
