Template plan structure and RBS
Lesson 186 of 198 · 12 min
Assign the project plan type from Module 9. Confirm the planning RBS carried through from Module 8. Build the default task structure — a standard top level. Set task attributes, including capitalizable flags where relevant. Show the task structure appearing in a project created from the template. THIS IS WHERE MODULES 8 AND 9 ARRIVE IN THE PROJECT MANAGER'S HANDS. Show the RBS appearing in the plan of a project created from the template — that is the payoff for the hardest design work in the course. Keep the default task structure lean. Show it from the project manager's side.
