Add default team roles to the template. Set mandatory classifications from Module 7. Set the remaining defaults — currency, dates behaviour, status. Show the classification prompted at creation, and show a project created WITHOUT a mandatory classification being blocked. MANDATORY CLASSIFICATIONS ENFORCE REPORTING QUALITY AT CREATION. It is the only moment anybody will reliably fill them in. Default team roles save setup time and standardize governance.
