Financial plan types and billing on the template
Lesson 187 of 198 · 12 min
Assign financial plan types from Module 9 — budget and forecast. Set the billing defaults for a contract-type template. Set the burden schedule default from Module 11 and the rate schedule defaults from Module 6. Create a project from the template and show ALL of it inherited. THAT LAST STEP IS THE MODULE'S PAYOFF. Create ONE project and show that Modules 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 all arrived at once, with no user input. THAT IS WHAT THE TEMPLATE IS FOR. Anything not on the template is something a project manager has to remember. Minimize that list.
