Administering Cloud EPM: The Platform Beneath the Business Processes · Module 6 · Users, Groups and the Role Model
Proving the model works
Lesson 74 of 201 · 10 min
Run the verification: every role assignment is to a GROUP, not a user. Add a test joiner to a group and confirm access appears correctly across environments; remove them and confirm it disappears. Sign in as three different users and confirm three different scopes. Then show the role assignment report as the evidence artifact. A JOINER AND LEAVER TEST IS THE ONLY PROOF THE MODEL WORKS. Do it before go-live and repeat it annually. The role assignment report is your evidence for auditors. Module 14 builds the routine.
