Creating users

Create a user in the identity domain — name, email, username — and show the username convention and its permanence. Show the activation email, the user signing in for the first time and setting a password, then updating a user. And show a user with no group membership and no roles — who can sign in and see nothing. THE USERNAME CONVENTION SHOULD BE DECIDED ONCE, WITH THE IDENTITY TEAM, BEFORE THE FIRST USER. Mixed conventions are permanent and they break automation. Email address matters — notifications, password recovery and feedback all depend on it. A user with no access is NORMAL at this stage. The access comes from groups.
