The standards a CoE owns. You have built every one of these. Naming conventions — environments, groups, roles, automation. The access model and its review cadence. The security decision log. The automation runbook. The recovery plan and its test record. The operating calendar. The client and browser standard. And the onboarding pack. THE CoE IS WHAT MAKES THEM DURABLE RATHER THAN PERSONAL. Right now they are yours. That is the difference this module is about. The change control question: what requires approval before it happens? A useful minimum: identity and security changes, role model changes, anything affecting production availability, and new integrations. The decision log.
