What is genuinely useful now: administrator-facing agents that run jobs, check status and retrieve information. These automate real, dull, repetitive work — and the failure mode is benign. What is earlier-stage: anything where the agent's output is trusted without checking, and anything requiring judgment. THE SINGLE-BUSINESS-PROCESS BOUNDARY IS THE BIGGEST CURRENT LIMITATION FOR FINANCE USE CASES. Because finance questions frequently span processes. And here is the platform administrator's contribution to the conversation. What identity does the agent act with, and what can that identity do? Who reviews agent access, and how often? What is logged, and who reads it? What happens when the agent is wrong, and who notices? Is agent access in the access review from Module 14?
