Seven mistakes, and three of them are a sentence in the brief that nobody read twice. Cost centre segment sized for ninety-five, not a hundred and fifty-five. The acquisition was in the brief. Too many business units. Five or six, driven by tidiness rather than by the stated segregation requirement. Intercompany services billing not addressed. The brief says Logistics invoices Trading monthly, and many people miss the intercompany implication entirely. Partial exemption ignored. The eighty-five per cent recovery rate for Logistics is stated, and frequently skipped. The SoD assessment done as an afterthought. Internal audit asked for it explicitly. It is ten per cent of the marks and it takes thirty minutes. Assumptions log empty. The brief is deliberately ambiguous, so an empty log means you did not notice — which is the thing being tested.
