Implementing Cloud Financials: From Empty Pod to Go-Live · Module 16 · Full Implementation Capstone
How the capstone works
Lesson 148 of 153 · 1 min
No walkthroughs. No step-by-step. A brief and a blank environment. The closest thing this course has to the actual job. Design decisions and their justification are thirty per cent of the marks — said first, because it changes how you work. You are graded on the decisions and the reasoning behind them, not on whether a piece of configuration exists. A defensible design that differs from the model answer passes. An undefended design that matches it does not. Six to eight hours, and it is fine to spread that over two weeks. Getting stuck is expected. Use the modules and use the community. Do not use the solution video — it is locked until you submit, for a reason. What you get out of it: a completed environment, and a design document that is genuinely portfolio material. That is the thing you can show an employer.
