Harbourline Group, delivered the way a client would deliver it — with the ambiguities left sitting there unresolved. Three legal entities. Harbourline Trading LLC, domestic and the main operating company. Harbourline Logistics LLC, domestic, a separate registered company providing warehousing and delivery, which invoices Trading monthly for services. And Harbourline International FZE, in a neighbouring country: small, four staff, selling to regional customers. Year and currency. The financial year ends the thirtieth of September, with a separate period for audit adjustments. Both domestic entities report in the domestic currency; the international entity transacts in two currencies and reports in the domestic currency for group purposes. Operations. Trading has two sales channels, wholesale and a small e-commerce operation, and the two teams must not see each other's supplier pricing. Logistics and International have one operation each. Receivables collection is handled centrally by shared services for all three. Scale. 340 suppliers, 1,200
