Five failures, and four of them are the same mistake wearing different clothes. It loaded, but the structure is not what I designed. Configurator assumptions accepted without review. The rollback did not remove everything. Objects already in use. Roll back promptly — the window closes the moment somebody starts using what you built. I loaded it into the wrong environment. It happens. Name environments visibly and check before loading: a two-second habit against an afternoon of cleanup, or worse if the environment had data in it. The configurator cannot model our PSU arrangement. Expected. Build manually — that is the first lesson, and it is not a defect. It half loaded. Partial failure: roll back, correct, reload — in that order, and promptly. And the theme: none of those is the configurator working badly.
